Promotion
Any current promotion at time of proposal can be applied.
30-Day Contract Terms
Contract period project scope (including an estimate of man-hours). All labor involved in preparing, completing and breaking down the staging installation and inventory rental for the contracted period.
Additional Fees
Additional charges if home remains on the market after 30 days.
Payment Terms
Proposal expires 72 hours after being sent to client. 50% deposit due with signed contract. Remaining balance due 2 days prior to staging or decorating project.
